Our Service Agreement

1. Services
EcoShine Cleaning Ltd agrees to provide cleaning services as agreed upon during the booking or quoting process. The scope of services will be detailed in the client's custom cleaning plan or quote, ensuring transparency and meeting specific needs. Any changes, additions, or modifications to the agreed-upon service must be mutually agreed upon in writing between EcoShine Cleaning Ltd and the client to maintain service quality and clarity.
2. Payment
For one-time services, payment is due in full upon the successful completion of the service. For clients utilising our recurring or subscription services, billing will occur according to the agreed schedule, as outlined in your service agreement (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). EcoShine Cleaning Ltd accepts secure payment via bank transfer and all major credit/debit cards for your convenience.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules can change. To avoid a cancellation fee, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a service appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. In rare circumstances, EcoShine Cleaning Ltd reserves the right to reschedule a service due to unforeseen operational challenges, with prompt notification and alternative arrangements offered to the client.
4. Liability
EcoShine Cleaning Ltd is fully insured against any damage to property that may occur as a direct result of our cleaning services. To ensure swift resolution, we respectfully request that clients inspect the premises after service completion and report any issues or damages within 24 hours. Please note that our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided, safeguarding both our clients and our business integrity.
